Rip offed on 136 euros. Placed wholesale order for Blasphemy tapes sometime on July. Shipped package via registered mail with tracking option on August 2th. Package arrived to Mexico on September 30th, on October 10th it was sent to delivery office and then tracking stopped. Contacted one reliable guy from Mexico which knows that rip off and all his activities. He managed to get info that this guy got package and already selling those tapes.

Dispute opened by buyer on September 21th. Money returned to him by PayPal on November 4th.

Last message (10 days ago) which I got from buyer was that he will send back those tapes, but all previous messages from him was that he didn't got any package.

His address:

Antonio Rojas Sanchez
A.P. INDUSTRIAL VALLEJO
Lista de correos,Ind Vallejo
México, DF 02301
Mexico

Anyone that drinks green liquid with a red straw in a plastic cup isn't worthy of Blasphemy merchandise. It's probably a fucking kiwi slush puppy or something.

This paypal claim shit is getting out of hand... getting tired of seeing numerous labels getting fucked and then having to pay extra via registered ordering now cause so many are losing trust and having to lay down security measures costing me personally more to make simple orders.

Paypal should never 100% fully refund a person... ever, especially when ordering from an established business or distro/label who seems to manage sending out everyone elses merch without issues.

If a person started getting 95% of their sales stats being claimed back against... then there is an issue, one or two people claiming they never got anything but get 100% refunded is bullshit.

It's been out of hand since 2008 or 9 when eBay took away the ability for sellers to leave negative feedback leaving us at the mercy of scum worldwide. At the time, eBay and Pay Pal were the same company. Now they are supposedly separate but they both still suck. It's a shame these companies are still in business after all this time.

People can still make claims even if it's sent as a gift the only advantage to getting payment as a gift is the seller can avoid the fees.

Never happened to me before but I remember one or two mentioning it on here I think it was brought in around the time they extended the claim period to 180 days.

Nah it was great for them, maybe not for you.

It's pretty much the way it works any more right? The customer is always right regardless. You can whine and bitch and say you'd punch them in the face irl but you wouldn't because it'd hurt business. You pretty much have to smile and eat the shit sandwich you're being fed. I mean, what does exposing this guy do to anyone really? Guaranteed him nor any recipient of his tapes gives a shit and surely not will his Mexican brethren care he stole from some pinche gringo.

Tl;dr getting ripped off sucks and maybe Internet back pats help but sadly no one actually cares.
