not a big fan of most doom/stoner stuff but Floor has always been one of my favorites, had a chance to see them live after they reformed a couple years ago and was very impressed. Dunno how likely it is that there will be new material recorded but it would definitely be welcomed.

I saw one of their reunion shows as well. IMO, much better than Torche.
The DVD that came out of their first reunion show (featuring all 3 drummers) is fantastic

s/t and singles are the best. "Dove" is pretty good too, a foreshadowing of the TORCHE sound.

I was lucky enough to see Floor play ... shit I dunno, maybe 20 times? And while I'm a total fan of everything they did, Carlzilla pretty much sums it up.

The band is cool enough, but I have to say that Below & Beyond vinyl set is probably the gutsiest package I've ever seen.
I would never in a zillion years peg that an 11 vinyl, 8 CD set of a band this marginal, who already has had 4 vinyl pressings of all their albums (all TWO of their albums!) in the last 10 years would go on to sell.
Still got their split 7" with Ed Matus' Struggle around from when I saw them in the 90s. Pretty cool record.
But seriously -- hats off to the label for shelling out on that set.
