Definitely. I can never not see Beavis and Butthead making fun of it when it comes on. |
Oh shit, definitely. |
That and the Crowbar riff are two of the best. _________________

How bad the drumming is on the first 3 BOLT THROWER records....no really....listen close....BAD.
Love the band though and the drumming got way better as time went on, thankfully. _________________ We Are Satan's Generation And We Don't Give A Fuck! |

Reverse fitness music; skinny people listen to it to get fat. |

| "This music is slow and fat" is probably sampled by some shitty sludge band somewhere. |

Fairy tale allusions or nursery rhyme type motifs are always the biggest face palms in my opinion. Slightly less annoying example being the “ashes ashes we all fall down” intro line in GBK’s Slums of Jerusalem.
There’s also a Humpty Dumpty reference in the new Dead Can Dance album along the lines of “all the kings horses and all the kings men will never put the children of the sun back together again”. _________________

The part at 30 seconds. At first I thought he was saying "Uhh...this is John Conner..." |
That whole album is a WTF moment. So good though. _________________

Above his mucky skullcap"
"Mucky"? Really? _________________

"Sacrificed" on The Spectral Sorrows and the clean vocal line in "Enigma" on Orthodox. Both of which shit on nearly perfect albums.
The drumming on the Goatlord album and also on lots of early Graveland and Veles stuff. It took me a long time to get over how how totally shit the performance is, but now I love all of it. _________________ Wants/Trades: http://www.nwnprod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=275935#275935

Considering the lyrical themes, how is this ”wtf” in any way?
Bathory - Pace 'til death riff + Burzum "wow" + Darkthrone "Nocturno culto!" were the first things I thought of. |

I feel like GBK intentionally uses childish language sometimes for the sake of humor. |

When love rages wild in my heart on Gorgoroth's Incipit Satan album definately was a wtf moment.
In retrospect it makes sense though |
