That Carcass / Impaled comparison makes no sense in the context of this thread.
Impaled's a shit band for what it's worth.
Pseudogod > Archgoat
I like both almost equally, and maybe I haven't had as much time to listen to Pseudogod as I have Archgoat, but I find Pseudogod's more death metal compositions a bit more interesting. |

Haha. I really like Nar Mattaru but no way is their album as great as Incantation's first two. They don't even do that style better than their fellow countrymen. I think Godless does the "Incantation clone" sound much better (at least the stuff on their EP) and even they don't come close to early Incantation's greatness.
And yes, I know ''it's all a matter of opinion''. |
All I can say is that I disagree. I love the first two Incantation albums, but I think Dominus Xul's first is better than either of them. I like Godless, but it's not even in the same league as Nar Mattaru's full length, which is the best "Incantation" style death metal around to me.
