Maybe not the best production, but some rather good riffs in there. And the sense of melody is quite akin to Gelal's.

I ... have never heard Demontage compared to GBK. Great band though.

GBK was always an influence on DEMONTAGE from the start based on what I have been told many times.

Gelal in Darkmoon zine #7:

You have been accused of being a “nazi” band or what-fucking-ever, which I personally find amusing and silly. It is no secret that you have somewhat fascistic outlook on life but you do not exactly embrace any political ideologies per se. I cannot fathom why it is so hard for people to distinguish the difference between the two...

-Yes, it is silly, there is no concept of that in our CD/LP imagery, lyrics, or concerts. Black metal to me is paganism, and paganism is neo-fascism, and neo-fascism is anti-christian, and anti-christianity is black metal. it is a circle that cannot be altered for everything fits in perfectly. Our outlook on life is our personality, but the band has its own personality. The problem is that the underground scene is not composed of extreme people, rather, it's constituted by neo-hippies with social agendas and left-wing attitudes. Can you imagine a death metal show in benefit of something positive? What the fuck is this? Since when is death/black metal something positive? It is total negativity, misanthropic, destructive, suicidal... Just because we say fuck this, and fuck that, and fuck you, people believe we're going to impose a certain political belief onto them. I hate politics more than I hate Lord Fag Pussyferian.

True for GBK, isn't Gelal the song writer for INFANTRY though?

But is INFANTRY exactly a political band either? Just racist.

Yes, this is a difference I would like to stress.

Judeobeast ... bot the debut is damn close!!! Foul Parody + the Slums of Jerusalem are the best two songs they ever did IMO. Just too many fillers on the debut ...

This sounds good. I was actually gonna cover this next show, but i think were gonna do Lamb of God Slain will be. When we fuck around at jam we usually play the last half of judeobeast in a row for shits. Some of the best shit to jam. fucking riffs

As far as GBK inspired bands go, SVOLDER is by far the best. Malice and mockery on a grand scale! http://svolder.bandcamp.com/

My favorite GBK tracks are on Mocking, but Judeobeast is actually a more solid record from start to finish IMO. Mocking is just a little bit too long and there's a bit of filler in there.

didn't put a vote cause i wouldn't be able to choose between mocking and judeo (kosherat doesn't sound like anything to me) cause i think these 2 albums are some of the most important albums in bm ever released.
when listening to mocking you can hear that these guy's were already much further away then all other bm bands at that time, no bullshit or image shit.
all their stuff are a must have for everyone into serious bm but as said before i didn't like Kosherat album at all, perhaps the vocals annoy me too much and make me think of the gig i saw of them in Rotterdam (NL) years ago when the vinland winds guy made his appearence all drunk and not chatnting lyrics correctly? too bad i never saw them in the original line up
