Looking forward to the new Watain. Highly questioning it though due to their fucking massive explosion of fame and popularity over the past 2-3 years.

I second this. And I actually don't think it will disappoint. Sure, they've become really, really popular in the last few years (hell, they even won a fucking grammy award in sweden for Lawless Darkness) but the point is that they really don't seem to care about the fame thing at all and seem to stay very focused on what they're doing. I hear people saying that Lawless Darkness was a sellout-album etc, but I personally liked both the production and the songwriting A LOT and I actually think it's their best release to date.

I'm always willing to give a band or album a chance. Could be a surprise even if previous album(s) sucked, although there are exceptions. I don't think I will bother checking out new Mayhem for example if it comes out.
But I will want to hear the new:

Beherit
Iron Maiden
Motorhead
Running Wild
Morgoth
Grave
Maybe even In Flames and Ghost
