Did You tried to contact the band? When I ordered "Denouement" i have got mail literally "An edition will be personally created for you and dispatched before the end of the week.". And it looks like handmade (both CD and booklet), so in this case they can print as much as they need.

Both are being officially pressed, not sure why you'd want a homemade CD-R over just waiting a few weeks...
