I'd have to agree... you most definitley ARE the only one. My girl at the time told me it would suck, and of course I said "no way... it's amebix I think it'll be bad as fuck!" I really thought they could do no wrong, even after all those years on that hiatus... but no she was right again! Huh? It IS totally polished stuff, but still damn good and not resulting to that really plastic sound Waldemar Sorychta later dabbled with...

Good album and music but I couldn't really stand the production.
Shining - Halmstad has a perfect polished sound in my opinion.
Last albums of Ascension, Acrimonious, Hell Militia, Secrets of the Moon and Reverence sound great as well. |
