DR. SHRINKER - "THE PRACTICE SESSIONS - AUGUST 1990"
Will Be The Next Dread Records Release Scheduled for a very early
2015. Due to the raw nature of these recordings, we thought it would be best to release it as a cassette tape. A perfect addition to add to The Dr. Shrinker Demo's. These sessions include songs rehearsed in august of 1990, with the same lineup that appeared on the Eponym demo. Tony Brandt (drums), Jim Potter (guitars), Chad Hensel (guitars), Rich Noonan (vocals) and Scott McKillop (bass). There are unreleased songs in this practice session, a few of the songs that appeared on the WTG and Eponym demos and also a few songs that are different versions/variations of some songs from the demo's. Stay tuned for more details.

interesting, i got the 'Grotesque Wedding' comp but i might still check this out

.....oh and while your giving the good Dr. some love could you maybe toss their State/session member buddy band PHANTASM some love too? Dr. Shrinker rules but Phantasm is king of Wisconsin Death, and they're too overlooked.....just throwin it out there.....

4 of the songs, were not on any of releases. Bacterial is a different variation than the one that was on Wedding, and Our Necropsy is an earlier version than the one that was recorded (on the 7 inch and on the re-issue of Grotesque Wedlock).

Do you plan on doing any other Wisconsin death metal (other than Phantasm)? There were some great bands in the early '90s.

One of the band members(?) sells the compilations on ebay for a reasonable price. Think the username is phantasmtony.
