I like to think all of us here at NWN are pretty open minded folks. So go ahead and name your top five favorite non metal albums.

Mine changes frequently, but at the moment:

1. The Sisters of Mercy - Floodland
2. The Cure - Disintegration
3. Lycia - Cold
4. Samhain - November Coming Fire
5. My Bloody Valentine - Loveless

Cocteau Twins "Head Over Heels"
The Cure "Faith"
Asylum Party "Borderline"
Brighter Death Now "May All Be Dead"
The Chameleons "Script of the Bridge"

Definitely the type of dude who would buy the Emperor boxset and never listen to it.

Gucci Mane - Trap Back
Kryptic Minds - One of Us
Skream - Skream!
Slogun - ...Kill To Forget
Venetian Snares - Doll Doll Doll / Rossz Csillag Alatt Született

Took into consideration albums that opened up my tastes to new things that eventually became something I listened to a lot of.

Frank Zappa - Hot Rats (I've loved this album for a long time, but the re-release from last year sounds absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend finding a copy if you like this album already)
Wu-Tang Clan - Enter the Wu-Tang: 36 Chambers
Thelonious Monk - Straight, No Chaser
El-P - Fantastic Damage
Haikara - Haikara

No particular order, though I probably have traversed all 36 chambers more times than anything else that isn't metal

Yeah, tough calls to make on this one!

I'm not sure about the order, it's too hard to choose, but here the top 5:

1. Ween - Chocolate and Cheese or The Mollusk
2. The Beatles - Revolver
3. Les Savy Fav - Lets Stay Friends
4. Radiohead - OK Computer
5. At the Drive-In - In Casino Out

Just 5? Fuck you!! This took some painful thinking
