| the demo sounded really appealing back in the day. if i remember correctly they were one of the first bands doing this retro thing before it really became a trend. |

Yeah i'm almost positive they first came around in 2006. It really is a bummer that they called it quits. I had the pleasure of seeing them on the behemoth tour last year, and I'm really glad I did.
They shit on bands like Ghost as far as song writing and overall musicianship goes. |

Fuck yea, it sure beats buying another new album blindly (not so much a problem these days anymore) just cause it has a good bands logo on it to find out the album is a total bore.
When a band quits before they start struggling to release more adequate material, is fine by me too.
(last couple Therion albums are a prime example for me of a band I wish quit a few albums ago... that recent French covers release.................. damn, horrible!!!) |

I bet the demise of the band has something to do with the hardest member to replace, The Voice.
She probably got knocked up somewhere on tour, so now the whole Devils Disciple thing is switched to Diapers and going to bed at 9pm. |
