When you go to his website and click on one of his music videos a screen pops up with the Bathory goat/baphomet while it loads.

Holy shit, hadn't heard of this project!
Sounds VERY fucking interesting indeed - I personally think the "Indian-sounding" interludes on Doom Of The Occult are, hands down, the best interludes in metal history, so there you have it. Pure magic all the day. So anything along those lines is of the greatest interest.
Anyways: The bandcamp has a "Demo 2009" up, and Discogs mentions a contribution to a limited Ván Records CD sampler from Roadburn 2012. Does anyone know if there are new releases on the way? |

| Marchozelos (who did all the music on Black Funerals Vukolak & Choronzon Blood Rite CDs) started making music with Gräuen Pestanz. This started out as a Black Metal project, but after the first demo transformed into a Dark Ambient/Death Industrial group. He also made Darkwave (Corpus Principium), Goth Rock/Death Rock (Eligy of Madeline) and Industrial/Dance (In Nomine Choronzon). All pretty good, especially that Eligy of Madeline demo. I think he also recorded a second Eligy of Madeline demo, but I don't know whether that ever was released... If anybody knows more about this, please let me know, haven't heard from him in a long time. |
