Anyone know how to pay with PayPal there? It says I've chosen PayPal payment but theres no way to actually pay with it. I have to enter my card details no matter what I try. Anyone?

Eisenton have reissued some of them, and there are more on their list. But it seems that they are not going to repress the full-lengths. As to SOM, I don't know.

Season of Mist is doing them. I mentioned we'd be interested in doing them, but they said they were coming. Not sure when.
