Due to a miscalculation of the pressing plant, not because of your whiny comments. The labels get a partial refund, so they are able to sell the lps for 2€ less.

must say i am dissapointed by the cover and back picture as they were just scanned from cd covers we could say...
i didn't think was so terrible to pay 20euro for this since its a good release (even if its just mcd) but when getting this in the hands meh....
i think if it would have been done by peaceville themself quality would have been much better

Before you wrote some shit ASK the labels.
1. Peaceville release will not turned out better (or do you think the Mysticum re-release looks good? )
2. When its such a money making release, why didn't they release it by themselves?
3. Peaceville or Wounded Love didn't have the original layout files from 1996.
WE (the labels) have to use the original CD and make a layout!
It was the only possible way to make a layout - it was vectorized and remaked (and now read) from a CD layout for a VINYL layout.
In 1996 printing, production and layout where quite different from nowadays.
And if we do a different cover the next one will cry: "Ohh damned why didn't they use the original layout"
4. There was no possible way to contact the Duke for something.
5. The cover is 350 gsm gatefold with matt lamination, black flood inside, a printed motiv on side B and you wrote it looks not good ???
But its ok to buy a fukking bootleg with cheap shittty cover, thin vinyl for 25-30 euro?
6. Take the fukking original CD and look to the picture of the castle - it doens't have a big resolution as well.

Never read such a bullshit. Anyway all other customers loves the vinyl and cover.
Next time do it by yourself and invest time, passion and money if you are so clever.

Are you having your period? Cool

It's a hard thing but learn to ignore feedback on mesaageboards. No need to defend yourself, stand by your releases.

@ Antihumanism: when will come Oma van Tongeren split 7" with MYSELF?

seriously, most of the points your saying here haven't got anything to do with what i said. i just said cover didn't look good due that "scanned" image thats all. never complaint about price (even said its well worth it heh), never spoke about mysticum or whatever. bootleg's? i don't buy them.
sorry if i hurt your feelings mister but i think not all people will think its a beautifull cover, quality is good indeed but the only thing i spoke about is the image thing being scanned. will i resell it? no!

Godkiller is not musically comparable to these third rate norsecore ripoff bands that NK7 always talked about. That Monaco thing has somewhat a point though.

In great times of xerox zinescene Godkiller means:
- big laugh at claiming playing Norsecore in interview.
- big laugh at name meaning DEICIDE in reverse translation oh so scary killer of god!!! woo hoo and cry
- big laugh at place of origin... for sure plenty fog castle in "frozen empire" of Monaco

But now in scene of baby Watains and weak emo scums with haircut, for sure Godkiller are the legendary Rolling Eyes

The demos and the MCD are way better than much of what is recorded/released as "Black Metal" nowadays, that's all there is to it. You can say that about many other bands and their releases from the 1990ties though; back in the days they were barely noticed (for better or worse), but now they appear as "cult classics" when compared to the weekly musical output of the scene as it is today.

Best example: Blasphemy. They remained a footnote in Black Metal-history until their particular style of Black Metal became the flavour of the month twenty years later...
