Only the Ep's unfortunately, i got the box without. And the guy who purchased it in Tokyo too.
I asked the same thing as you when i got it.

100 were pressed of the EP's but only 25 came in a box. So you have one of the 75 others.
18 boxes were sold in Japan, 7 outside. |

I noticed the sale was maybe not available for non european people. I think i fixed the problem now.
