i have the for our dead/all creatures extremist cd, but it sounds like shit. it would be nice to get the stuff remastered . . . i missed the boat on that vinyl boot that came out a few years ago. i'd just soon give my money to a legit version with bells and whistles.

Are you referring to this :

If so, i didn't think that this was a bootleg.

Very nice! That would be a most welcome addition to my collection.

Got this in the mail yesterday from HHR. My first Crypt release. I admit I was hesitant with the $80 price tag but it was totally worth it!!
The packaging is amazing. I love the deep green color of the box (looked black in the photos).

The records sound amazing! Makes my old Wild Rags tapes sound like utter dog shit. There's much more going on in the music than I originally thought.
The demos sound excellent!!!

The book was a little pointless I must admit. Little to no relevant information about the bands history.
A few cool pics. Too many zine pages crammed on one single page making text almost unreadable.
The preface was poorly written and just didn't seem relevant. Fuck it. The music is what's important.

Would definitely buy All Creatures/For Our Dead. Just please don't make it an $80 box set again!! Very Happy

Thanks very much! I appreciate it! Glad you liked everything ok! The book / zine was more for nostalgia, but if we do All Creatures/For Our Dead, it will be a gatefold DLP and much less expensive Smile

Thanks again!

Looks great! I just wish you were doing All Creatures Great and Eaten and ...for Our Dead... as well!
Agreed - those are also ESSENTIAL!!!

I got the Yellow toxic piss vinyl - and its an amazing - the high gloss box and lp gatefolds are stunning... I had a chance to read Lori's liner notes and wow this lady has some true demons --- Very demented preface.. The demos sound great ! better than the crappy mp3 files I have listened to for years..

Is there any chance of Creatures Great and Eaten and ...for Our Dead... getting the "crypt treatment"... If this box set sells well - why not do those two albums -- ? also is there any rehearsal / demo material of that line up? Lori on Guitar and bass??
For everyone commenting on the great sound quality of the LPs, aside from using the best source materials possible, I owe all the credit to Dan Lowndes of Resonance Sound. He does all of our mastering for vinyl and does a killer job. Anyone needing mastering work done, I can't recommend him enough - http://www.facebook.com/dan.lwz
