For me, the sound of HERETIC is so fucking great! Maybe you dont like it because there is a LOT OF reverb on it!
Anyway, excellent topic, funny because i was listening today to the HERETIC digipack (also including their 92 excellent Dark Death Metal demo), really awesome band! Remind me a lot MYSTIFIER.

That Martyrium album just sucked. Some of the guys did better material in Secrets of the Moon.

I remember i put MARTYRIUM on my compilation tape Morbid Tunes Of The Black Angels part 1 back in 1994.
Good band and solid album.....As mentioned : A vinyl version could be a good thing.
