Anyway, as derivative as this album is, I have found myself coming back to it bit by bit this year. Great production with screechy vocals, haunting chants, and boomy toms:

| I also recommend his other project Beatrik for some old school Katatonia type of metal, mostly the second album. |

| This album is absolutely excellent. I really like everything they did, but I think the 3rd LP was the pinnacle of the band. |

I have only heard the 1st album but it isn't bad. How does the other stuff compare?

| 2nd and 3rd album are better imo. Although i liked the 1st one a lot as well. Probably the best Italian BM band atm. |

Great band, I actually just revisited them last week. I love all their albums, though some of the vocals on the 3rd record do get on my nerves a bit.
I think my favorite is the 2nd LP "Antico Misticismo" for the absolutely frigid guitar tone... |

WHAT? The vocals are absolutely my favorite part of that album. It also has the best use of clean vocals that I've ever heard on a BM album.
It's a shame Tenebrae in Perpetuum ended, but at least they ended with a great album. |
