I bet the majority of posters here loathes this band -I can easily understand why. I find myself listening to them a lot, the debut especially is something I return to on a regular basis and a classic in its own genre. Groovy riffs, great musicianship and impressive impact, the best post-Pantera band on the map as far as I'm concerned. _________________ Permabanned |

LOVE the debut, this release was absolutely refreshing back then. Also the cover was very disturbing, of course nowadays this is nothing shocking anymore with all kinds of gore and violence available for free on the internet.
Never liked the later albums. Too much Pantera/Fear Factory going on there, they should have reduced their career to a one-release-project. |

Matando Gueros all the way, excellent grind album. Raza Odiada was good too, but not quite at the same level. Thought the 3rd album sucked. |

Listening to Brujerizmo right now, it's actually the album that insppired the thread. I think it's brilliant although it's clear that the Pantera influence gained the upper hand on that one, the death/grindcore element is obviously less predominant than on MG. _________________ Permabanned |

Good band. I always laugh during the Pete Wilson ambush sample. |

I remember buying the cd at some strip mall record store and opening it in the backseat as I got a ride home from my parents. When I saw the guy holding a severed head I started laughing my ass off. |

Good post Nk7
I love Matandos Gueros, its a fun and heavy album that mixes the best of groove, death, and grind. Raza Odiada is a great album as well though a little more tongue and cheek compard to Matandos, Ritmos Satanicos is a great song.

Is this the soundtrack of The Emoji Movie? Seems fitting as both are cancer incarnate. |

3 albums are good but my vote goes to Brujerizmo. I wonder when they will get around to recording that new albums that are suppose to have been making for the last 10 years? |

Same here. It's a great record. I still get nostalgic about hearing people talk about this band "omg they're a bunch of cartel assassins and the most evil band ever." So goddamn entertaining.
PETA WILSON! I always hear it that way because I heard the song before I saw the title in print, haha.
