NK7's list is basically it. I would've added the Vlad Tepes/Belketre split boot but it was finally repressed so not really essential anymore.

Expanding the list to regular metal/thrash lps:

Venom - The Way of the Tiger, Doomed to Hell, The Seventh Date of Hell, Italian Assault, Irish Assault, Belgian Assault
Celtic Frost - A Night in the Dark
Mercyful Fate - Live, Black Message, Die Schwarze Maske, From the Depths of Hell, Curse of the Pharaohs, Werewolves in Hilversum
King Diamond - Satanic Rites
Slayer - Fuck the Slayer, Final Command, Captos of Sin, Live in Milan '89, This is Corpus Christi
Sodom - In the Sign of Sodom, The Sins of Sodom
Helloween - Ride the Sky
Sarcofago/Necrovore - picture disc

And of course Sabbath, Maiden, Metallica, Manowar etc have heaps of excellent bootlegs.

Two that I'm REALLY glad to have are the Leviathan - Rapacious Cadaver LP, which has their killer Legions of the Undead demo on it, and Flames of Hell - Fire and Steel.

Only one so far unmentioned that comes to mind is Sarcofago-Nights in Hell.

IF you are a fan of Nargaroth, then Kriegsnebel definitely.
Excellent sound quality and overall very well made bootleg.

Return of the Hooded Demons gets regular spins around here.
That Sins of Sodom LP is so weird as the grooved/playing surface dosn't extend all the way inwards like a normally made LP. Awkward.

Yeah, The bootleger put a much larger center label "stickers" to cover up whatever is there as center labels. My turntable is analog so i immediately raise my needle as soon as the music stops to avoid going to that surface.

The first two Dodheimsgard and Enslaved - Vikingligr Veldi(even though an official reissue is supposedly in the works) that were done not that long ago are the bootlegs I've been playing/enjoying the most.

Wish I had those boots:
Nomenclature Diablerie - 888 7" EP
Malfeitor - Diabolic Your 7 EP (though it might be official release)

The NOMENCLATURE DIABLERIE 7" is a fucker to find.

MALFEITOR is not official. Great boot nonetheless.

Wish I had those:

IRON ANGEL demos lp (anyone got a spare copy?)
IMPALED NAZARENE/BEHERIT - Day of Darkness

Also ROSE TATTOO - All the Lessons, which is one of the best live ever

I listen a lot to Sarcóf ago's "Desecration of Demos" LP. It's very simple, but it has a lot of great songs in one single record.

Beherit (Lord Diabolus)/Archgoat split-LP is algo good. The cover has a lot of drawings from different releases, but it worked quite well.
