About half of the tickets are now sold. People planning to attend should get their tickets now because they will go much faster once we get to August-September.

Conqueror doing a one off set is probably making a big difference. It's literally a once in a lifetime opportunity.

No, the line up is final unless a band cancels.

I just got told I got a job I interviewed for last week and I should be making a bit extra than I've been used to. Considering this fest now, when have prior year attendees from the US bought flight tickets? I looked and flight tickets look to be around $1200 right now, will prices get cheaper or increase between now and November?

You should easily be able to find a round trip ticket for $800 to $1000. Just give it a bit more time and monitor the prices.

I booked my flight and hotel very close to the festival on October 29 in 2010. I got 5 nights hotel and round trip flight for under $1200. I used Expedia.

Then there is this article based on kayak.com data:

Good article and quite accurate.
It's pointless getting a flight this early.
This time should be used obtaining fest tix, accommodating hostels/places to crash, transportation situation and saving up in general.
A flight purchase within a few months from D-Day is the best way.
Considering how much less I've gotten them in '10 and '12 , these prices are a joke. Especially because it's 'winter season'. Those are always the most affordable times to head across the pond.

Roundtrip flight and 5 night hotel fur UNDER $1200. Killer score. That shit will never happen in the summer.
