Mgla was promising name already in 2005 when Crushing the Holy Trinity set was unleashed. They have proved themselves very well since.

Mare and Dark Sonority perhaps... Time will tell if their full-lenght albums are able to deliver the goods.

Off the top of my head, and if we include black/death:

Irkallian Oracle
Malthusian
Possession (the Belgian band)
Slægt
שְׁאוֹל ("Tehom", the German band)
Temple Nightside (that fucking song on the Antediluvian split...!)
Vampire (for all the hype bullshit, the demo was really quite charming)
Wędrujący Wiatr (pure atmospheric magic - wipes the floor with Vemod)

I was gonna say Bölzer, Cornigr and Ormgård as well, but it turns out they were actually around before 2010, though I didn't hear about them until much later.

Excluding my few releases, which are all from new bands... Twisted Evil

Ghost Kommando, excellent raw black metal with programmed drums, weird but fitting vocals and atmosphere...

Eternum, enjoyed what i've heard, reminded me of the polish sound... very recently (hours) got "Arms of Sacrifice", have to crash my cd player...

White Medal, black metal well done, most releases are post-2010 so they deserve mention here...

Hordagaard, seem to be active since 1999 from Metal Archives but well, the last years received more releases and compilations i think... good and competent band following the norwegian sound, some clean vocals in certains songs, some songs reminded me of early Gorgoroth or the mid-era Horna...

Lascowiec
Sunchariot

+ affiliated bands.
Great raw and atmospheric pagan BM, or NSBM in some projects... the full length "Warriors of the winds", totally recommended...

Probably forgetting some bands/projects still, but i can collaborate those mentions now...

SVARTIDAUDI indeed.

Best new BM act since 2010.

Adding:

-ODZ MANOUK
-NUMINOUS,
-ASCENSION (demo was 2009, they fit ok?!)
-HETROERTZEN,
-LUXCAELIS,
-PANPHAGE
-APTORIAN DEMON
-HÄDANFÄRD
-Bekëth Nexëhmü
-KNOKKELKLANG
-CASTRUM DOLORIS (only 1 7", but so promising... What's he up to BTW?)

@Steken you mentioned too many bands that are NOT Black Metal

Yeah, I probably did.

Anyway: Eternum, White Medal, Panphage are all brilliant, although they were all around before 2010.

Both of these bands are over 10 years old.
