The copy I got(from ebay)has a black/white xeroxed cover and three inserts which are all xeroxed. Is that a promo copy, or...something else?? I'm asking cause I saw a copy which has a yellow cover(don't know if it's pro-made). Here's a pic of the 7"(from the seller) and a pic from side B. I don't really care if it's a promo or bootleg copy, cause this recording just KILLS!!! I'm jut curious about the difference between my copy and the yellow one. Thanks to all!

The covers were all hand made so it must have been xeroxed on several different colored paper. My copy is on white paper, but doesn't have all of those inserts.

Thanks for the info Yosuke! The Ligeia 7" is E.D.P.'s 7th release(DARK007). I wonder about the other releases... Anyone knows anything about that?

What you have is the genuine article, no doubt.

Some of Eternal Darkness's other releases were the OFC "Live: Into Distant Fears" and VULPECULA "Phoenix of the Creation" EPs, and a slew of comp tapes.

My copy of the EP came without the inserts. The cover is made of two separate sheets, printed b/w. Artwork is the same as in the photo above. Printing on the etiquette is blurred, but I can see Shivadarshana label logo on it. How many versions are there? I got this very cheap some 3-4 years ago.

Shiva pressed all these...
& then Keith got them from Shiva after some drama between the band & Shiva, hence the black magic marker over the Shiva logo on the actual label on the vinyl
(if a copy does not have the marked out Shiva logo you would know that it's fake...but I doubt that these have been bootlegged)...

all the covers were xeroxed (most were on white paper, a few were on a goldish-yellow paper),

all the inserts were xeroxed as well...the 3 inserts are all there was included...

And I thought that the seller or some other guy erased it!! hahaha! This story explains it all. Thank you Matt and everyone for your answers! Since Nepenthe isn't around anymore, I hope that as Ligeia, they(P.Brown & C.Overton that is)will continue to play some music!

I only saw it with one insert on several copies, until I hit the first message in this thread. Wink

I wouldn't hold your breath on that, Pat & Chris both dropped out the scene many, many years ago.

They didn't last six months as LIGEIA after kicking me out of NEPENTHE.
Not that I'm bitter about it though. Twisted Evil

ARES KINGDOM will record a proper version of one of the strongest NEPENTHE songs called "Oblivion: The Joyous Dead Man" next year sometime along with our 2nd album stuff, to go on a single somewhere.

It'll be faithful to the real version heard on that Live At Howard's thing, and with Chuck/Mike and 2 guitars on it, should destroy!
