Personally I like every thing that they has done. I am totally in DESTROYER 666 (as in every killer australian Act), from their first demo “Six Songs with the Devil” to their last act, inclusive the singles certainly.
Every release a fucking violent assault, of different time and total holocaust and extermination.

I am impatient for the new “Siege” album, I cannot wait that another Australian fucking massacre in the best of D666’s tradition.
K.K. Warslut and guys have never failed in an only movement.

If then I think to the old immortal warglories of CORPSE MOLESTATION and BESTIAL WARLUST… aaarrrggghhhh I break me an arm for them!!!

I don't think I've heard anything by D666 that I don't like. Violence is the Prince of this World is great, as many of you have mentioned. But one of my favorite songs by them has to be "I am the Wargod". Yeah, it's probably overrated, I don't care, it fuckin' kills! All of Phoenix Rising is great actually. And I never realized how many people are really into Cold Steel... I've had it for a few years now and perhaps I haven't heard it enough for it to grow on me but I never really feel like listening to this album. I'll have to revisit it.

I think I'm one of the only people on this earth that thinks that "Unchain The Wolves" is completely unlistenable, and is by FAR the low point of their discography. I remember getting it from Modern Invasion back in the day and going "what the fuck??!".

When I want to listen to this band, I grab "Terror Abraxas" or "Cold Steel..". I'm positive that "Seige" will be good also.

Blasphemy! Shocked

As for myself, Unchain is on top, and it's a tie between Cold Steel and Phoenix Rising.
I own Terror Abraxas and Violence.. but they are albums I haven't really payed much attention to. Confused

10 years after there are definitely tracks that totally kill on that album and some that are kinda pale in comparison, but I remember hearing it for the first time and thinking that something truly immortal had been created. Funny how different people expereince different things.

I remember sending a copy of 'Wolves' to Ryan from Conqueror... if I recall correctly he said that bands that play a slower style (like D666 did on Wolves vs the demo/'Violence') should not have names like Destroyer he he.

Totally agree about it! My favorite is Unchain the wolves and actually I didn't like what they released from "Phoenix Rising" and later.

Like everyone else here, I would say Unchain the Wolves. Truly a great album, with great songs like Satan's Hammer(great riffs) and Australian and Antichrist.

Their other albums are good as well, but since UTW was my first album that I got by them, I would say it would be my favorite as well.

I wonder if that Ned Kelly Tribute 7" will ever come out or if this project is buried now by the D'666 guys.
