The Blasphemy FAOD die hards were the pits. I don't think I heard a single positive comment about them. Must be because the band is so mainstream. Very Happy

I though the first Tudor demo (especially track 5) is amazing. Different strokes I guess.

I agree, but the 7" is the best feature of that whole diehard package and it sounds great on 33rpm! Killer release in general.

I agree about that 7". It's my favorite part of the package... it sounds like the band are playing in a creepy damp cave...

The Impurity LP was pretty fucking terrible. That is by far one of the worst blind purchases I've made in a long time.

Reading the Toxic Holocaust VS Midnight discussion, this old thread came to my mind. I'm curious to know what are the least favourite NWN! releases of the last years, since the last post is almost 8 years old.

I thought I remembered Horrid Efface being pretty cool. I remember one of my earliest NWN orders showed up with the Terrorama CD, loose, just stuck between some of the stuff I had bought. I never knew if it was on purpose or a mistake or what but I jammed it for a few months and then it sort of just got lost in the shuffle.

Cannot understand the "bashing" of the Horrid Efface at all - this was and is still an outstanding band you do not find at every Swedish Corner.... Rolling Eyes

Yeah, riffs aplenty. The only thing I remember disliking about their songs was the practice of repeating the first verse verbatim for the second. I'd rather a band write entirely different lyrics for the second, third, etc. verses or just shorten the song.

Wow, old thread.

I don't know about "worst" but I wasn't a fan of the Disforterror album. Bought it with a couple other releases from that time because I thought I'd dig it, and I really did not, at all.

Terrorama is killer. That ep and the full length get a decent amount of playing time here. Still need to catch up on the new stuff though.
