I did it already early enough, but I fear that paypal refuse the claim because no money will be on his paypal account.
I just can tell that Pollino is a fukkin' Rip-Off. He charged me for registered delivery of the vinyl but told a few days later THAT HE FORGOT TO SEND IT REGISTERED!
The whole conversation etc. will be posted in all Rip-Off threads soon... _________________

I've done this twice and people have sent me stuff unregistered when it was agreed several times. People make mistakes. Thinking about it, it may well be the long distance it has to travel. The time it's taken me to get stuff from Australia has varied a lot so maybe it'll still turn up.
Go ahead with the paypal claim but if it does turn up then make sure you send the money again. |

And to think that I would actually bid on his goods when he has a bunch of goodies. Might as well avoid that guy then.
Let's hope you get the refund, masters_throne. None of us should tolerate rip-offs and jackasses but mistake can happen, however. _________________ Good traders/sellers: Yosuke of NWN! As I have told, I will make the whole converation public soon. It's not that he only did behave like an total asshole to me he also told that he has closed his paypal account just shortly after all the auctions, no words about the over-charged money for registered delivery (usually I would then offer the buyer a refund). Don't you all think that's a bit out of the normal way?????
Also, it is not that I am a fukkin' rich cunt. I sold a lot of CDs from my private collection to bid on it... _________________

Ouch, that's just adding salt to your wounds. Where is the logic and reason to be such a rip-off cunt? Sooner or later, it's gonna bite you in the ass. _________________ Good traders/sellers: Yosuke of NWN! Does seem suspicious but it seems that most of the items arrived with a few exceptions. Anyone remember how many items this guy was selling? Over a hundred and the shipping time for the few packages I've received from Aus has varied a lot.
I'm not trying to defend him, I don't know him, but seems if he was intending to rip people off then it wouldn't just be a few cases and I know that shipping from Aus can take a while. |

This is odd. I've dealt with him before and received my LP's without any hassles, although i am in Australia. Postage to Europe via surface mail can take fuckin ages upward of 3 months, But i have noticed he hasn't been on many forums lately so I guess you can assume he's done the dirty.
Strange how peoples mindframe can alter?
I doubt he'll be showing up to many gigs in Oz while this issue is still lingering, Tight knit scene and doesnt take long for the word to spread.
Interested in see the conversation... from both perspectives |

Surface mail Europe-to-Australia is totally fucked. Did an order in October last year and it arrived in February..... never again.
I looked through this guys history before auctions ended and got the sense he was a bit touchy...buyer complained that there was no insert on a King Diamond record he paid a fair bit of cash for and got a response 'sorry, lots of auctions, you didn't ask'. Fuck it... no excuse.
Anyone know this guy? I am from Melbourne as well but no idea..... |

Yes, I know. But I do not want to argue with him about vinyls/stamp collectors and the shit he is talking. Do not feed the trolls... _________________

This fucking bastard gay have ripped me also, for 76,00 $
And pay pal can't recover my money from his account... as I imagined.
In my case he has thought about being more cunning, communicating me a false Tracking Number. A total shit!
I hope total AIDS for him!!!
