Miskatonic were doing it I believed. A friend of mine told me there is a new line up for the band too.

Think the project is on ice, or at least Miskatonic aren't doing it, and the band are focusing on material with the new line-up - Martin Walkyier on vocals, and I think Dani Filth doing some too, and Andy Sneap playing guitar. Doesn't bode well.

Yeah, the Hell discography is currently postponed indefinitely. The band has not expressed interest in issuing the old material now that they have elected to go forward and rerecord much of that. It's very disappointing.

Your right here. Its a shame indeed.

I didn't know they had 3lps worth of material though?

A friend of mine burned 2 CDs for me with 4 demos and 7" tracks. There are some vids on Youtube from memory... a really killer instrumental track from memory...

Sorry, I meant to say that there was a lot of material...

Too bad about this release. I hope it sees the light of day soon. Cool band for sure..

I wouldn't mind having that material on CD-R. I only heard the stuff online, which isn't very satisfactory.

There was also a LP on High Roller Rec. called " Land Of The Living Dead", limited to 275 copies. There should have been a CD-release as well, but as the band started considering the LP as boot, the CD was skipped. Maybe the LP was a boot already from the start as well ? Who knows...

Mainly old demo material from 1982-83 on this one.

I understand that the LP was more or less a bootleg with Joe Pangallo behind it.
The Hell had a fucking awful cover too.Nothing to do with the Band whatsoever.I hope the old material comes out eventually as I am not keen on hearing the material "redone" especially with Dani Filth doing some vocals. That would ruin everything.Great Band!!!!
