It hasnt affected me much as of yet. Since I just got a new job the music funds have only increased. They'll decrease once I start saving for a new amp head.... |

Doubting that i spend less or records, though have to admit that i spend less on alchohol and cigs. but at other hand i think it is not connected to crisis |

i've spent my entire life in economic crisis, so it's just business as usual around these parts. |

It hit hard at first. Between having kids, the label, distro, zine, etc...and working some shit ass job, I was suffering, period. It was hard enough to feed everyone for the summer. It's going to perk up. I just started a new job with benefits and a nice yearly salary...It's going to take a while to adjust to not having to pinch too many pennies. _________________ http://csp.circleofdestruction.net

US$ is fuckin' high against R$. Few months ago it was totally acceptable in US$ 1 to R$ 1,65 rate. Nowdays it is like US$ 1 to R$ 2. That's ridiculous and I don't have how to buy stuff from overseas. Fuck you, American Crisis! |

Gas is gonna go back up soon again.
Sometimes I think of stocking up on gas while it's at the $3.40+ rate right now, but knowing me I'd probably blow up my block in the process of storing the gas somewhere.
s/h overseas is just hardtimes for us all.
I feel bad for the foreign maniacs that order my 'zine, dropping down $15 total for an issue! The s/h is more then the 'zine itself. Sucks, I wish it wasn't like that. Nothing I can do about that though.
Despite it all, Malaysia/Thailand are still after this publication - fukin' DIEHARDS!
But aside from that I try to keep my Metal spendings to a very low minimum. It's come to the- Do I 'Need it' or 'Want it' - situation right now :-/ _________________ Addicted to Leather and Speed!

I'm in the same boat as those who cut down their music buying habits from collecting to only getting what you'll likely spend a lot of time listening to and occasionally filling in gaps on the shelf of classics album that have stood the test of time and are safe purchases. I never was one to buy a band's entire discography just because. If a great band has eight quality albums and two stinkers I'll likely never buy the crappy releases. Still the reason I don't foresee the number of Overkill albums in my collection ever expanding beyond five. _________________ I was a brazen prince and cold, now a king on an oaken throne |

Fuck, if all this biblical bullshit would finally just happen and we all got our 666 beast number finally, metal would be priority the world over. After all what could be more important to the New World Order than the music ?
Economic Crisis my ass then. Bands would be required to play every night and looked upon as a social service required to perform and provide. Failure to do so would result in banishments. _________________ Bloodline Ascension Temple : https://soundcloud.com/bloodlineascensiontemple
