Gee, so excited NOT to receive answers from Ostra regarding the vinyl version Laughing
I wish this was on Painiac.

Surely one of the very best bands within the -stillbirth?- genre called Funeral Doom, although I think that MOURNFUL CONGREGATION are so much more than that. I actually liked all of their stuff anyway, but with "The Monad Of Creation", they simply outdid themselves, not even mentioning their contemporaries (with the sole exception of WORSHIP, maybe)!! Utterly splendid sense for great arrangements and melodies! Hope this new one will -at least- be on par!

on a sidenote: I saw yesterday Skepticism live, and it was a blast. Unholy-guitar sound meets Thergothon vocalist (at times) together with a church-organ and a somehow uncommon drumset setup. No bass, that was taken over by the pedals of the organ. Awesome, just awesome.

back on track: M.C. is awesome if they keep that Finnish edge to their sound.

I've heard most of the album unmastered - sounds awesome, the mastered samples on the myspace make it sound huge - cant wait to hear the full final product.

Look forward to it's release...!
