I finally picked up the 12" & it's amazing. Absolutely the most brutal shrieking vocals ever! Is the band still active? Seems that all the band members except the vocalist are in other well-known bands. I think I saw one member is in Portal? Anything else currently available & is the material similiar to the s/t 12"?

Love the crude artwork too. Wish I hadn't passed this up for so long but better late than never...

They´re active, yes. The new Album should come in early 09 on NWN.

You have to get all their stuff !!! The 7inch Eps aren´t hard to get.

The full length is GREAT NEWS!!!!

I'm about to start hunting down the 7"'s...

Thanks for the news.

Not really anything in common w/NME's "Unholy Death" but that's what I thought of when I listened to it for the first time.

Isn´t the content on the NWN! 12" exactly the same as on both the EP´s?
If so, getting the split with Throneum might be an idea instead.

An yes, killer band!

No, only the Martire 7" is the 12" NWN did.
The other 2 7inch Eps are "Lucifer" and the Split w/ Angelcorpse. Different Tracks !

All I have from this band is their 1991 EP and that is a fine example of early 90s raw death metal loaded up with plenty of great thrash riffs. Judging from posts in this topic I too will have to spend some time tracking down more of their releases. Seems like their debut full-length has been in the pipe for a very long time now, hopefully early 09 it finally sees the light of day. If its anything at all like that EP it should be one of the better albums of next year. Here's hoping.

Ah I see. I have both the "Lucifer" and the "Martire" ep, as well as the split with Angelcorpse and the one with Throneum, so no need to get the 12" (even though it looks great, hm...).

The 12" has much better sound than the 7". It was originally released in 1991 on CD format by Dominator records.

I'm searching for the demos compilation tape released only in Australia. I can't seem to find anyone who actually owns a copy. Please post a photo if anyone here has it.

I LOVE the 12", one of my favorite NWN reissues. Is the split with Throneum any good? I think my local record shop has a used copy for cheap...

YES! Go and get it. I find Throneum boring but the Martire tracks shred.

Thanks for the head up about the sound.

I think the split material is better than the still excellent MLP, crushing harsh violence! Get it ASAP...

That's Blasphemous! I think the EP is the best recording to come out of Australia. Yes I said it!
