Elysian Blaze - Blood Geometry. Monumental release though probably falls in blackened funeral doom or thereabouts.
Also mention Demon's Gate who're one of my favourites and more trad.

I know it's not a new band, but The Wounded Kings - The Shadow Over Atlantis from 2010 is one of the greatest doom metal albums post-Y2K.

Doom project from Howie of Cauldron Born. The production is perfect. The riffs sound like Witchfinder General written by a US power metal god. They're complex and take time to resolve. They're incredible. Vocals by Phil Swanson.
