Heavy metal Bulldozer !!

I heard the german METALUCIFER album some days ago.
Doesn´t sound like METALUCIFER at all, but all NWOBHM worshippers will love it.

Does it sound like the song from the sabbat split?

Will that Sigh reissue include a vinyl edition? That one that Vinyl Collector or whatever that Hammerheart sub-label released was truly appalling in all aspects. I puzzle endlessly about the lack of sigh on LP.

What does it sound like then? GORGON? Very Happy
I hope it isn't too much like the song on the split with SABBAT. That track was awful.

A CD first and the label hope to do an LP later.

Pagan Altar - Never Quite Dead

Any more info about this ? What's your source ?

Thanks
A split with Denial Of God ... weird choice.

Really? Not in my book! I think both bands will compliment each other pretty well, despite the different musical approach. It's gonna be dark and moody anyway! Fuck me, for not mentioning NQD and the split release with DOG for sure! On the other hand, especially "Never Quite Dead" is so long in the making, I simply forgot about a possible 2009 release by now... Laughing

From what I've read, both will do a concept song on Jack the Ripper. There's a pretty extensive interview with Pagan Altar in Pariah Child #2 about it, which I think was posted on the internet at some point.

I'm looking forward to seeing Neil Tanaka driving around in a bulldozer on the Metalucifer cover.

In no particular order, the following albums i'm looking forward to is

- new D666
- Beherit 'Engram'
- Metalucifer 'Heavy Metal Bulldozer'
- new Belphegor
- new Morbid Angel [maybe this year?]
- new Asphyx
- new Ares Kingdom
- new At War

I think that's about it for me at the moment.

Does anyone have any more info on the new METALUCIFER?

I am definitely anxious to hear the brand new THE CHASM album this year... heard a clip of it on their website and it sounds even more obscure and other-worldly than ever. I have a strong strong feeling it's going to be a true masterpiece.
