Great METALUCIFER!!

Will the release be distributed worldwide or only locally each?

Do not know if I need all versions, but if I can grab them, why not...

On the other hand: I have too many things in mind to think about any upcoming releases and their release-dates, if there will be something great, it sooner or later will hit my records player.

EDIT: on the top of my head:

D666 album

So there are now TWO Metalucifers, who will release albums of more or less the same songs, give or take a few?!

Actually, RIP will release an English version of Heavy Metal Bulldozer too. What a way to release a record, haha.

I'm still confused. So there will be:
1. Gezol and co playing the songs (in Japanese?)
2. Blumi and co playing (mostly) the same songs
3. An English language version of Gezol's record

There are 3 editions:
German edition on Iron Pegasus. Has a german line up as already mentioned.

The English edition on RIP Records will be Gezol, Elizaveat, Elizabigore, with lyrics in english.

The Japanese edition is the same line up/music as the RIP records edition, but with alternate Japanese lyrics/vocal track. mainly for the Japanese market. It will be released by Holycaust, in the usa.

In the same tradition as the 80s metal with dual lyric editions: Baron Rojo -Volumen Brutal CDs (spanish lyrics, and english lyrics)
Kat-666 CD (sung in polish) Kat-metal and hell (english version of 666) Sortilege (french and english versions) Killers (france), and even Sabbat's own Chrasima/karisma.

Overkill, perhaps, wasnt exacly planned like this in the beginning, but over the course of the album (2006- 2008) it turned out like this.

Way to cash on the fans!

They should have agreed to release this all together or not at all.

The 3 editions will be distributed to whoever wants them, no territory restriction.

To think this is a way to cash in on the fans could not be further from the truth, and is the opposite of anyone that knows Gezol. The last Metalucifer CD, Iron Pegasus only made 2000 copies, with plenty of copies still in stock. NWN could of sold that much in 3 months. and Rip, Holycaust are ALOT smaller labels than Iron Pegasus.

What people may not know is this album was 2 years in the making. All band members already have full time commitments. the album eventually went over budget, and was taking on longer than anyone expected. The original idea was just 1 version between Rip and Iron Pegasus (as usual). During the twists and turns of the recording process, this is the final result.

I still think it's going to be expensive for fans, like me, that will want to own every editions. Maybe it wasn't the goal ''to cash on fans'' but still is the result.

I also find it really wierd to release the same stuff by 2 different bands under the same name. If some songs ''sucked'' that hard to Tormentor and Blumi maybe there should have a been a compromise between to german and japanese parts? I know it's more of a side project but still that's how a band work IMO.

I think we know who to blame here then. Have some willpower and don't buy all three of them. Razz

Anyone know anything about the band Funereal Presence who are listed on the Sepulchral Voice site for a 2009 release? Never heard of them, but judging by the other bands on the label I'm interested...
