I dont remember if they were NWN made but I remember a couple years ago someone doing a back patch with the Faustcoven logo. I hope that gets redone. Might be the best logo in the game.

I've got one in perfect condition if you're interested.

Ok then. 7 years of cave dwelling hibernation is about to come to an end. The recording process is almost over, with the first test mix finalised and in Yosukes hands as of today. There are no major stylistic departures. I do not find the framework that I have established for Faustcoven limiting in the least, so I do not expect anyone to be surprised by the outcome. However, with any release, I do not want a rehash of the previous album, so this is a more riff dense and obscure beast in its nature. I basically just poured everything I had into this. Production wise it is a bit more raw and live sounding, in my personal opinion. The directive I gave to myself was to make it sound like it was recorded in the middle of the rehersal room, instruments blasting away at a too high volume. Interpret that as you wish. 8 tracks. 1 single LP (barely). When the mastering is done I hope it might be possible to put up a sample track or two. That is all for now.

The version I heard sounded really killer. Same style of black doom as before but maybe more traditional heavy metal doom sounds creeping in?

By the way, we're still waiting for the solution to the last album "riddle", Gunnar.

Goddammit. One would have thought 6 years would be sufficient to solve that. Well, ok.

Step 1. There are 6 sentences describing each song.
Step 2. There are six subscripts to each song after the lyrics. These are various degrees of code (such as Caesar cipher), and each yield six numbers in sequence.
Step 3. Each number relate to a specific word in the description of the song (4 - 9 -2 - 9 - 1 - 12 would relate to the 4th word in the first sentence, the 9th word in the 2nd sentence and so on). This forms a new sentence. The first one is made even simpler by being marked out with capitalized letters.
The result should be 6 new sentences, more or less enlightening to the reader.

Solving some of Gunnar's rhytmic puzzles makes solving the riddle child's play.
