I agree with the consensus here. In North America, usually bands don't reach their depth. |

Temple of Not is simply the most horrific, evil ambient music being produced at this time. The unreleased debut TON album is the audial essence of pure death. I hope Naas decides to rebirth the project in the coming months.... |
asleep on thier side, but forgot to add: Nighbringer is really good black in this european way _________________ http://dementedomen.org/ :: https://www.facebook.com/dementedomen/

i was really looking forward to this album and loved the split with temple of not but i found it disappointing...it's quite samey and they seem to end every song with a long high tremelo section which kinda gets irritating. |

I think fans are a little less inclined to buy into a US black metal band then they are BM from Europe. That's the attitude I get anyway, and I understand it completely: We've historically been far behind what the Europeans can do with this music. But Nightbringer is simply one of the exceptions. They have little to nothing in common with North American bands. Unlucky for them though, their style may be too Atmospheric/Norse sounding to gauge today's trend towards extreme and lo-fi black metal. _________________
