I know that has been discussed before, but can someone confirm, that all the bob pressings of those albums sucks? At least that's what I read. I have Filosofem 2008 pressing and it sounds excellent to me, but for those two albums there's only negative feedback. Is it worth buying them or should I stick to my Misanthropy cds?

This one is good in my opinion.

Lol at the fucking clowns that post in the comments thinking they bought a misprint of DSEV because that song is on HLTO.

Maybe, I am asking about the 2008 ones. I'll skip then, the cds are fine anyway.
Edit: You said the 2013 sound good, my answer refers to that.

Mines the 2008 version. I originally posted saying 2013 but I went and checked. Anyway it sounds good to me, no complaints.

Haha did not notice for 9 years if it was 4 or 8 songs. Hardcore fan right there...

From my experience, all the Burzum 2008 BoB reissues are good.

I've heard bad things about BoB 2005 presses and even some of their most recent ones.

Iíve got Filosofem and HLTO and they both sound good to my ears.

I picked up BOB reissue of Dismember - Lime an Everflowing Stream and itís bad. The art is atrocious too.

Stay away from early BoB pressings in general.

So to sum things: 2005 and some 2008 pressings are bad except 2008 Filosofem, which is great. Used to have Daudi and Hlidskjalf, but traded them years ago, because they sounded worse than the cds.
2013 pressings are good.
Are there 2018 pressings of Burzum albums on vinyl? I mean with new mastering(which I highly doubt)?
I reallly don't know what to think. Maybe I'll pass all this shit and enjoy the cds. In the end, these LPs ar made from those cds I guess, so not worth the extra money.

Couldn't resist and ordered Hvis...For 15 eur it was a steal. It's the 2008 version.
Det Som is the 2008 version as well, but there are comments in discogs that it sounds terrible, so I skipped that one.
Luxixul, what says on the jacket of your Det Som LP? 2008 or 2013?

The newly issued BoB Burzum lps sound fine. I picked up the debut recently from HHR and itís great. How else is one going to get these records on vinyl without several hundred/grand to spare?
