Just out of curiosity, has anyone here ever owned (or even seen in person) a copy of Dai - The Advent? Either in LP or CD format?

Is this not the most mythical/elusive release of all time?

I have seen it on both CD and tape. Their demo 1989 is a little better though! Great release nonetheless.

I have the CD - got it off eBay with not too much difficulty, though maybe I was lucky on that. I don't think it's the most elusive release ever though. There are plenty more obscure things - I've been searching forever for the tape "Sunset of the End" by Apostasy and never seen it anywhere.

Anyhow, this is a great album. Hope you track down a copy.

If anyone else has a CD copy of this that they'd be willing to part with, contact me!

Someone should just do a CD/LP reissue of this. It would definitely deserve it and would certainly sell out.

Yeah, at first I was after this only because it seemed so hard to track down.. I finally found the mp3s from the album and it was far better than I was anticipating. It's one of the most overlooked releases out there imo (along with Miasma "Changes" (edit: which really needs some vinyl treatment))
