It must be INRI. I think it's the most evil and most Satanic record on earth and the title song is most violent song ever recorded. After 22 years DD Crazy's blastbeats are still ahead of it's time.

From the list, I'd go with Blasphemy, but my pick would be Kammerheit's "Asleep and Well Hidden" or Blood Axis' "Gospel of Inhumanity"

FAOD and INRI are definitely great records, but It didnt give me the chills Hell Awaits and SC gave me when I first heard it.
Same here!!

But maybe REENCARNACION 888 metal is the fucking most sick and evil sounding album.

That Movt-stuff sounds very morbid, but I am not sure if there's more wicked stuff from these LLN-guys.

I think the choices differ very much from each one's personal definition of "evil".

I chose Sarcofago. But anyway, maybe I'm desensitized but for me most of the stuff that has been listed is more in the realm of crazed/insane/dark/morbid rather than actually "evil". For me, and I'm probably way out there, evil-sounding are *Hell Awaits* and *Mental Funeral* - perfect mix of powerful riffs and darkness.

I'll say Venom - possessed cause it was pretty much the album that started it all for me

maybe Abruptum - Evil EP

also stuff like Nihilist Spasm Band, Throbbing Gristle, Coil, early Current 93, have some pretty sinister stuff,

Necrophobic "The Nocturnal Silence" is indeed one total evil sounding gem as some people already mentioned. All bands in the poll are on the same level.

Another one which is completely over the top: Deliverance: Evil Friendship. It really gives an uneasy feeling when exposed to it.

Another one which must be included here is the ultimate dark masterpiece: KAT: 666!!!!

The Oath has the greatest introduction in music history, who on this forum can actually listen to it without getting shivers down the spine? I dont walk the left hand path (at least yet), but this song really gives me somekind of dark powers, I mean that's how it feels when I listen to it!

Dont Break The Oath indeed has very eerie feeling attached to it. Even tho Im still not sure whether I like "youuuu areeee insaaaneeee" chant or not. King Diamond's voice is an instrument of it's own.
