Hard to define "normal" for a piece like this. I've seen only two copies on ebay, one a few years ago sold for $400 (scratched, warped, totally fucked up copy) and a better one last month for $550. This one is in better shape than either of those, so $600 is probably about right. I'll be satisfied with the reissue for now.  |

yeah but we see guys spending 10 000USD a month for fanzines so everything is possible. Some people earn this money in 3-4 hours. Yes they are among us!

| Yep, there sure seem to be some inordinately wealthy people in the metal record market these days. But I certainly don't think $600 is too crazy, considering that a practically unplayable copy sold for $400. People have and will continue to pay more for worse records. |

The fact that someone from Bolivia can sell two copies in one month, suddenly after it gets reissued and the word gets around that this is a very wanted release in Europe & America, makes me believe this is somehow less rare than people on here expect.
And if you have even just fifty records that enter the market, the price will drop considerably. Because you have a few high rollers in the market, but the amount of people who will spend hundreds of dollars on an extreme metal rarity is still limited. |

That is what I thought as well. I doubt Orfeo would have made a very small pressing of any of their releases (though if there were a lot of unsold copies, the vinyl could have been recycled, leading to few copies in circulation).

I would think a lot less than that would significantly affect the value. Even 5-10 copies in a short time period should make the price drop by a few hundred dollars. |

It was like that with Parabellum records... 10 yrs ago there were rumours being ultra limited and hard to find (especoially this Mutacion Por Radiacion) and now everybody has (chance on) them who wants quite easily.

Re-issue showed up today. Good quality stuff.
I agree with the person earlier in the thread who thought it was a bit silly that the pictures covered the lyrics in the booklet...seems like sort of a silly design choice, but aside from that little nitpick, there's really nothing to complain about with this release.

someone going crazy on that $600 ebay copy, glad to have the reissue coming.
I just wish it had been a full reissue (2lp) including the demo and the songs from the compilation and any other rare tapes that might survive. |

I was under the impression that the comp. songs were just taken straight from the LP.
