The sound of the version on the right is veryyyyyy raw! It's still pretty killer to possess this record though!

Both versions are bootlegs, the one on the right being the second bootleg. Hughes never even seen it til he came here. He'd heard about it but thought it a myth.

My EP is clear blue and on the cover there is stamped numbering (not printed like 666). On the vinyl (matrix?) there is SL-A and SL-B.
I also had another copy without numbered cover (clear blue EP) that I got from Hellion rec. in 1995.

Can you post a pic of the backside with the stamped numbering please ?

Yes, the matrix code on the clear blue vinyl is also SL-A and SL-B, and is not carved out. Didn't look too close yesterday....

Thanks Henri.

Now it gets filthy: When I fold out my red sleeve with clear blue vinyl, then I also have a numbering: #241/666...

Seems I wasn't, despite not drinking any alcohol at all, hahhaa...I forgot that the numbering is inside the fold-out...

Still both pressings of the red-sleeve EP seem to have a numbering. It's just the matrix code of the blue one (SL-A/SL-B) and as holycaust said the scratched-out matrix code of the yellow one. Plus of course diff. vinyl colour and labelprint colour.

However concluding from the thread it looks like the yellow one is first press, blue one already a boot. Sad

blue one came out the same time as the yellow one - there's no differences apart from wax color, so don't worry, Your copy is no worse than yellow. Pat Ranieri of Hellwitch refered to yellow wax as to an extreme rarity, so it might be there's been less of yellow pressed than of blue/transparent one, but both were around when the ep originally surfaced back in 1987.

My version is black vinyl and it's numbered. I'm not at home now so I can't check the number. Don't know anymore where I got this.
