| Was Casbah - Russian Roulette 7" ever released without a sleeve? Just plain white sleeve, no art? |

All copies had picture sleeve as far as I know. The cover art has a guy blowing his brain out.

The collections CD that came out last year was killer. I think Boy Records still has copies for sale.
