Paul Chain has long been known for his improvisational eccentricities this record contains a combination of his fastest most aggressive material coupled with his most nightmarish doom numbers. The album starts off with the nearly 14 minute track “King of the Dream” from 1987’s split with Sabotage. The Ash Lp is also included continuing the varied material of thrash numbers and total doom. Fans of Cathedral’s Forest of Equilibrium will recognize where a few of the riffs from that record actually came from.
